When you decide to add a doula to your birth team, you're getting a cheerleader, support system, and birth encyclopedia, all rolled into one during your pregnancy and childbirth journey. Doulas provide mental, emotional, and physical support and comfort to you and your partner. Doulas also help you navigate all the unknowns to help ensure you have as positive a birth experience as possible!

Bringing new life into the world is exciting and sometimes a little nerve-wracking. Childbirth is, all at once, transformative, weird, and absolutely magical. With me by your side, you and your partner can be sure you'll feel confident, supported, and heard as your birth story unfolds. I'll be there to hold your hands (and sometimes your legs!) both figuratively and literally as you nagivate all the things that come along with pregnancy and childbirth. You'll have a million questions and I'll be there to help you find a million answers.

Birth Doula Support
All pregnancies are different, and that’s why I take a limited number of clients each month and work with each family to develop a customized plan for pregnancy, birth, and beyond.

As a trained and certified doula, I am able to easily read the energy of my clients to know when they need hands-on support and when they need the space to work through things on their own.

With my camera close by, I'm able to capture the raw and powerful moments as you bring your baby into the world. Because I also have training in the specifics of birth photography, I understand not only the unique lighting situations in a birthing space, but how to tastefully photograph the intimacy of childbirth.

As your doula-tographer, I bring you the best of both worlds: an experienced doula and a professional birth photographer, all in one!
