Prenatal Yoga

Yoga Instruction

Yoga can be a wonderful way to stay active during pregnancy, while also preparing your body and mind for the hard work of labor and delivery.

I have been practicing yoga for more than ten years and am a 200YTT. Prenatal yoga was a huge part of my own pregnancies, so being able to offer it to my clients is something I've always wanted to do.

My yoga classes are currently being offered through Thrive Community Fitness - Oak Harbor. Group classes are $5/hr (childcare is available; please contact Thrive for more info).
